1. Seller

2. Offer

A single subscription plan gives access to the Lucy Agents that are available at the time of use. Some showcased agents may not be immediately available (testing, maintenance, gradual rollout).

Lucy IA may add, remove, suspend or modify agents, features and usage limits at any time without prior notice.

7‑day free trial. Afterwards, the subscription renews monthly at €29.90 VAT incl. until cancelled.

3. Order

Account creation and payment method validation start the free trial. Unless cancelled, monthly billing starts automatically at the end of the trial.

4. Price and payment

Prices are VAT‑inclusive and shown in euros.

Payments are processed by a secure third‑party provider. Monthly auto‑renewal until cancellation.

5. Delivery

Immediate access to the online services – no physical shipment.

6. Withdrawal and refund policy

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content fully performed during the withdrawal period.

Lucy IA may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional refund requests if made within 7 days after the first charge and if no significant usage is observed.

7. Intellectual property

All content, algorithms and data provided by Lucy IA are protected.

8. Liability

No information constitutes financial advice. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions. Lucy IA cannot be held liable for financial losses.

9. Term – Cancellation

Monthly subscription with no commitment. Cancellation at any time from the user dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing law

French law – competent courts of Nice, France.
